Eight mixologists from some of the city’s top restaurants and clubs have been selected to compete in MIX 2021, the annual gala at the Philbrook Museum of Art, 2727 S. Rockford Road.
The event, which will take place Sept. 10 on the museum’s grounds, is one of the museum’s major fund-raising efforts.
Each year, a group of cocktail crafters create unique libations for guests to sample and select for awards.
This year’s competitors are:
• Scott Graves of Boston Title & Abstract
• Sydney Pham of St. Vitus
• Scott Phillips of the yet-to-open The Hemingway: A Steakhouse
• Lynn Robertson of The Starlite Bar
• Ashley Thomason of East Village Bohemian Pizzeria
• Terri Woods of The Vault
• Nathan Young of Lowood
The evening will begin with an early access event for patrons and sponsors that will start at 6:30 p.m. Doors to the general public will open at 8 p.m.
Tickets for MIX 2021 are $100 for Philbrook members, $125 for non-members. Advance tickets are required. MIX 2021 is for those age 21 and older.
