The West Delaware Boys Soccer team fell 8-0 to Clayton Ridge opening up the season at home last night. The Hawks will be back in action today facing Vinton-Shellsburg in Vinton at 5:30pm,
West Delaware Girls Soccer will begin their schedule today at home against Vinton-Shellsburg. The Hawks led by 5th-year head coach Hannah Crumpton look to end a 20-game losing streak dating back to May 14th of 2018 at Monticello. Nineteen girls are on the roster with 5 seniors, 5 Juniors, 5 Sophomore and 4 Freshmen. First kick at the WD Soccer complex will take place at 5pm.
West Delaware Girls Golf begins today on the road for head coach Brett Mather and company. The Hawks will take on South Tama at the Tama Toledo Country Club.
The WD Track and Field teams resume their season’s this afternoon, with the Boys down in Anamosa starting at 4:30pm and the Girls at Dubuque Senior with a 4:00pm start.
