(NASDAQ: MRVL) (“Marvell”), a leading provider of data infrastructure semiconductor solutions, today announced that the State Administration for Market Regulation of the People’s Republic of China has approved the company’s previously announced proposed acquisition of Inphi Corporation (“Inphi”). The transaction is currently expected to close in April 2021, pending approval by Inphi’s and our stockholders, as well as satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
