Lasagna Love is a program that gives a chance to give back for those who love to cook.The program is the creation of a California mother and her two children who helped people impacted by the pandemic by delivering home-cooked meals.It has now spread across 48-states, including in Florida.Around 24,000 people are cooking food for folks in need.Penney Rudicil, a district leader, told WESH 2 News more than 30,000 families have been helped.”We want both those in need and those that want to give to feel like we’re a place, there’s no judgment. There, we don’t look at people and ask any questions and we also do no contact delivery so there’s no worries about that as well,” Rudicil said.
