Make Your Chinese Pot Sticker Dumplings –Free Zoom Cooking Class

Join author Chef Bill Collins of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts as he teaches how to make pot sticker dumplings with chicken or vegetarian fillings and dipping sauces on a free Zoom Cooking Class.

The pot sticker dumplings in Chinese culture symbolize Family Reunion and Prosperity and are eaten on Chinese New Year–which is February 12th this year.
